The Regional Workshop for Women of the Nile Basin countries which was organized by the Confidence Building and Stakeholder Involvement Project of the Nile Basin Initiative was closed by the Nile Basin Executive Director Mr. Audace Ndayizeye on 28th November 2006 at Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Regional Workshop for Women of the Nile Basin countries which was organized by the Confidence Building and Stakeholder Involvement Project of the Nile Basin Initiative was closed by the Nile Basin Executive Director Mr. Audace Ndayizeye on 28
th November 2006 at Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Participants who came from Burundi, DRC Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya; Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda made many recommendations after three days of deliberations and experience sharing.
The workshop was officially opened on the 27th November by H.E. Ato Adugna Jebessa, Ethiopian State Minister for the Ministry of Water Resources.
